I finished book two of the Hunger Games (in like two days...) and there were some moments that definitely made me go: OHMYGOSH! I love being taken off guard when I'm reading, it's a fantastic feeling! I'm definitely looking forward to the third book, whenever I finally get around to reading it.
I must say though, I really, really, REALLY don't like love triangles. I find they're full of unecessary angst and frustration. It gets old really fast two when the main character is like: Oh woes is me I can't chooose! Even if the choice is glaringly obvious!
But again, despite my frustrations, she kept me reading and I couldn't put it down till I was done! And even then I had a few days where I was sad I was done because I wanted to keep reading.
I totally adore Finnick too! He surprised me, and I like surprises.
In other news I've finally learned to be patient about waiting for Belle to get better. I don't know if it's because I've finally called a different vet out to look at her, of if I've just come to terms with the fact that it will be a while and she most likely will not be ready for the beginning of show season. Whatever the reason I'm glad it's happened because show season is no longer filled with a big what if cause I have a plan!
And I figure if she's ready by the end of the season there's a show that has really pretty ribbons and I know she'd love a neck ribbon! I want one in red to go with my blue one. (Even though that blue is my absolutely most favouritest shade ever).
Excellent! Cute horsey. Give her a hug for me. And one for you. I agree completely with the Hunger Games.
